Mr. Amemiya is a partner at Shimada Hamba & Osajima. He has 30 years of experience and leads its competition law practice.

He worked as partner at Morrison & Foerster for more than a decade after his service at the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) to help develop its practice today. He joined the firm in 2020 and continues to provide business oriented advice to clients.
